TAMISEMI Releases Form Five Selection 2025/2026.

The Tanzania Ministry of Regional Administration and Local Government (TAMISEMI) has officially announced the Form Five Selection 2025/2026 for students who completed their Certificate of Secondary

Education Examination (CSEE) 2024. This selection includes placements into Form Five (Advanced Level) and Technical Colleges across the country.

This is a critical stage for thousands of students transitioning from Form Four to A-Level studies in various public secondary schools and vocational training institutions in Tanzania.

How to Check Form Five Selection 2025/2026

Follow the steps below to find out if you’ve been selected:

1. Visit the official TAMISEMI Selform Portal:
   https://selform.tamisemi.go.tz
2. Click on “Form Five Selection 2025”
3. Search using your CSEE Index Number (e.g., S0101.0020.2024)
4. The system will display the name of the student, assigned school, and selected combination

 What to Do If You’ve Been Selected

• Report to your assigned school on time, typically starting July 2025
• Ensure you prepare all required documents:
  • Birth Certificate
  • CSEE 2024 Results
  • Admission Letter (if provided)
• Be ready to pursue the combination (subject stream) you’ve been placed into (e.g., PCB, HGL, EGM, etc.)
• If you wish to change your assigned school or combination, consult the district education office for procedures
