APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION INTO VARIOUS UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022
Mzumbe University invites applications from qualified Tanzanians and non-Tanzanians for admission into various degree programmes offered by the University for the academic year 2021/2022.
The Bachelor degree Programmes are offered in three campuses namely, the Main Campus in Morogoro; Dar es Salaam Campus College (DCC); and Mbeya Campus College (MCC). Applicants wishing to be admitted into any of the programmes have to clearly indicate their campus preferences during their application. When selecting a study programme, it is important to pay attention to programme codes, as they signify the campus in which the programme is offered.
Applicants can make up to three choices; and that an applicant may be selected depending on his/her programme preferences and ability to compete based on academic performance.
Any programme with a code starting with “MU” is offered at Mzumbe University – Main Campus; while the code starting with “MDA” is offered at the Dar es Salaam Campus College (DCC) and a code starting with “MMB” is offered at the Mbeya Campus College (MCC).
Mzumbe University urges all applicants to read carefully the entry qualifications provided hereunder before embarking on application to choose their preferred programmes.
Mode of Application:
i. To apply online, applicants should visit https://admission.mzumbe.ac.tz/ and carefully follow the steps in the online application system. Before going to the online application system it is important to ensure that he/she has an active email address and a valid
mobile phone number.
ii. Before proceeding with application, you must read carefully the programme entry requirements in order to make rational choices.
iii. Applicants with Foreign Secondary School Certificates must attach equivalent translations from the National Examinations Council

iv. Applicants with Foreign Qualifications (Certificate or Diploma) must attach equivalent translations from the National Council for
Technical Education (NACTE).
v. Applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of TZS 10,000/= by following payment procedures after completing steps 1 and 2 in the Online Application and Admission System.
vi. The application window is open from 15th June, 2021 to 20th September, 2021. Successful applicants will be notified through their system user accounts, email addresses and SMS through the mobile phone numbers used during the application process.
Applicants are required make sure that they keep their admission account login credentials (username and password) securely
and visit their accounts regularly.
