In order to register and obtain a link to finish his registration, the applicant must have an email address.

The candidate must possess at least two identification-proving documents. Birth certificates and other such documents are a few examples.

To complete the registration process, the applicant must show up at the NIDA office in his district of residence with a filled-out form (stamped and signed by the local government chairman) and hard copies of any attachments he uploaded during registration.
